more kitty collages on the way

So, you know how normal people can just watch TV? Not me. I need to be doing something while I sit down to watch a specific show.  So, tonight,  I grabbed an old Kitten Calendar, some prints of vintage photos I have, and "gentleman's" magazines.

I particularly enjoy showing how absurd these lady pictures are, but when I found the wolf with the eyepatch... JACKPOT.

Anyways, expect to see these femme fatales in future collages. They are just so ridiculous and sorta creepy, too.

Collage for Claire

Collage made with cut outs from mostly magazines, but I also used cut outs from maps, a 70's nature book (tiger and Russian buildings), unsolicited advertising (bottom left yellow bird), the tag on a tea bag, a wedding invitation (brown flower), and a recent birthday card (top left bird), and 2 canceled US postage stamps. I also used paint, glue, and Sharpies.

Finished: Kitty Collage

Finished Collage: Be a Work of Art...

While I was finding just the perfect (purr-fect?) cat face for the collage I just finished I couldnt help but start a few more.  The pieces below are in progress and probably a ways from finishing.
